Make a difference in your community and gain hands-on work experience

This is a unique volunteer opportunity for individuals to learn marketing, outreach, and technical skills to help small businesses develop their digital programs.

Interns, whom we call “seeders” because they plant the seeds for digital growth, can work with us for as many or as few projects as they’d like. We cater to both part-time and full-time opportunities seekers.

When you apply, you will be placed at a level based on your experience.

Our seeders have:

  • Passion for entrepreneurship
  • Skills in leadership, adaptability, communication, time management
  • Willingness to learn new skills on the job
  • Curiosity to solve business problems and brainstorm ideas

What you’ll learn

  • Learn fundamentals of website design

  • Learn digital marketing, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Ads

  • Build social media presence for small businesses by creating social media pages, updating business info and launching them on apps

  • Conduct market research on cost, pricing, product selection, competitors and customers to improve profits

  • Solve problems with a team of interns collaboratively to identify the current needs of a business and come up with relevant business strategies
